We ask that student’s attend their weekly classes regularly, because the consistency and repetition are the keys to maximizing their experience. It also allows them to complete their artworks on time and reflect on the outcomes with the group. But we understand things come up, so if you miss a class please let us know in advance. You can schedule a makeup class every 30 days.
Our weekly recurring classes meet year-round and many students stay with us through the summer. If you won’t be around in the summer we recommend freezing your membership and saving a seat for when you return.
Our classes are rolling, so you can start at any time! Our teachers will welcome and onboard you to the class on your first day and we recommend that you arrive a few minutes early to make your first class a great experience.
We do not offer trial classes because of our immersive method. Our membership allows for flexible scheduling, so you can jump in and try us for a minimum of one month. This will allow you to dig into at least one compelling project and get to know the students and teacher in your class.
Still not sure? We recommend visiting our space for a tour during your preferred class time to peak in and learn more about our program.
We make it easy to get started, so just bring yourself! For most art and digital classes materials and software are included in your membership price. A few exceptions include our photography, video and iPad classes and camps, which require each student to bring their own camera or iPad.
We exhibit our students’ work at a biannual celebration in our school gallery in January and in June, and we periodically have off-site exhibitions.
